The North and West Organic Producer (first published in 2001 as the Western Organic Producer) is currently a quarterly newsletter produced by the Leitrim Organic Farmers Co-op in conjunction with other organic organisations in the region. It is circulated to all members, other registered organic producers (over 500 farmers and growers) in Sligo, Leitrim, Donegal, Roscommon, Cavan, Monaghan, Longford, Galway, and Mayo. It is also sent to semi-state agencies, organic gardens and other interested bodies.
