The focus is on sales of locally produced organic vegetables, fruit and herbs, organic meat produced by Co-op members, organic eggs, organic cooked foods, bread and cakes, jams, etc. and locally produced handcrafts.
In 2005 Co-op members invested in a Mobile Meat Unit and refrigerated van in order to facilitate organic meat sales at the markets and other outlets. For details of available organic meat see our
